Competitive Trampolining

The difference between Recreational and Competitive Trampolining

Instead of recreational, in which the focus is learning the trampoline skills and having fun; the competitive classes are focused on high level skill learning for routines for competitions.  These classes require gymnasts to do conditioning and complete training diaries (we still have lots of fun with this).

We would recommend that gymnasts are already working on front tuck and pike somersaults along with back somersault before starting this class.

Gymnasts must compete (when ready) if attending this class.
